Once subscribed standard plan, you will receive an email containing a link to our service to setup eBay authentication. Then our service will run every hour to check your store's new messages from buyers. For each set of messages it will learn from previous chatting history of same item, and replay messages in a professional way as if it's written by yourself. There is also option to send you an email containing a link to our service to modify a set of draft messages before sending.
Premium Messaging
Once subscribed premium plan, you will receive an email containing a link to our service to setup eBay authentication. Then our service will run every 15 minutes to check your store's new messages from buyers. For each set of messages it will learn from previous chatting history of same item, as well as similar items, and replay messages in a professional way as if it's written by yourself. There is also option to send you an email containing a link to our service to modify a set of draft messages before sending.
Upon-Delivery Notice
After item is delivered, send a message to buyer with customizable template. It can express appreciation to buyer's purchasing, or kindly ask buyer to give feedback. There is also option to automatically leave feedback to buyer once item delivered.
Elegant Web UI
You will setup your account or modify/approve draft emails through elegantly designed Web UI.
Once you subscribe one plan, a link to the Web UI setup page will be emailed to you. The link will lead you to a webpage to setup your AI message assistant (as shown to the right). Note that one step will ask you to login to eBay. It is for telling eBay that your AI assistant will fetch and post data to your eBay account. We don't know or keep any of your credential or login information.
