There is also option to send you an email containing a link to our service to modify a set of draft messages before sending.

Then our service will run every 15 minutes to check your store's new messages from buyers. For each set of messages it will learn from previous chatting history of same item, as well as similar items, and replay messages in a professional way as if it's written by yourself. There is also option to send you an email containing a link to our service to modify a set of draft messages before sending.

After item is delivered, send a message to buyer with customizable template. It can express appreciation to buyer's purchasing, or kindly ask buyer to give feedback. There is also option to automatically leave feedback to buyer once item delivered.
